Internal to the external

There is no internal and external reality. But rather the internal “I” is inside the “external” world.

There is nothing to be “external” to the self as separate to the external. And there is no perspective or location outside the reality. Rather, we are inside the reality. We belong to the reality. We exist in the reality.

There is a sense of “I” or (an internal) self but no-self is to be found as such.
